Pair it with fried calamari topped with a squeeze of lemon. The wine comes from a single vineyard of decomposed granite soils, in the town of Ribadavia, known for producing lush, textured, and expressive wines. The wine is fermented in large foudre, and aged on its lees for one year, a combination that produces juicy, textured, and round wines.
