How to apply for the Citizen Card

The application for the Citizen Card is allowed for anyone who has a labor benefit to receive, for the first time or who has lost the first copy.

 The Citizen Card application can only be made at branches or bank correspondents of the Caixa bank.

How to register/change the Citizen Card password

After receiving the Citizen Card or if you do not remember the password, it is necessary to contact the Caixa Econômica Federal bank service center and ask to register or change the password.

Once this is done to register the new password safely, the benefit goes to a lottery and validates the new password.
