The Citizen Card is used by the user to consult and withdraw benefits such as:
– FGTS (Guarantee Fund for Length of Service): the amount that every company deposits in FGTS, both for companies that the bearer currently works for and for companies that no longer provide services are visible in this account.
– Unemployment insurance: checking values, payment dates and withdrawal of money are options that the worker applying for unemployment insurance makes.
– PIS (Social Integration Program): as the PIS benefit has several rules for receiving the doubt about whether you are entitled or when to withdraw the money, for example, sometimes arises. The Citizen Card also allows you to perform actions related to the PIS account.

How to apply for the Citizen Card
The application for the Citizen Card is allowed for anyone who has a labor benefit to receive, for the first time or who has lost the first copy.
The Citizen Card application can only be made at branches or bank correspondents of the Caixa bank.
How to register/change the Citizen Card password
After receiving the Citizen Card or if you do not remember the password, it is necessary to contact the Caixa Econômica Federal bank service center and ask to register or change the password.
Once this is done to register the new password safely, the benefit goes to a lottery and validates the new password.
